General Description: We are seeking an experienced manager to oversee the day-to-day workings of a wilderness guest ranch and its staff. The manager is responsible for ensuring that all departments are running smoothly and that the guest experience is a positive one. Our ideal candidate will keep the big picture in mind, while also paying attention to the details. The manager is expected to set a positive example for staff and to promote a standard that reflects well on the company. Business and people management skills are equally important.
