• Establish target market objectives, initiatives, strategies, and evaluations
• Create and implement marketing plans to ensure all promotional initiatives and sales targets are achieved
• Build a strong network of contacts in China for an extensive client base
• Establish and maintain strategic network connections with suppliers, hotels, airlines, transportation companies, travel industry colleagues, sightseeing companies, shopping and entertainment contacts, and government officials.
• Establish and direct a highly effective sales and marketing team
• Design and approve various Asia and North American tour package travel products
• Promote and sell tour and travel products to Mandarin and Cantonese speaking clientele
• Occasional travel is required to promote company and all tour and travel products
