Heatlist Age Consulting Inc. is currently recruiting a creative, results-oriented team player to fulfill our senior web developer position as an important step of our expansion plans. As a web developer, you are expected to deliver successful design, creation and maintenance of a fully-functioned website and other technology solutions on an as-needed basis to fulfill company’s business requirements and corporate goals. You are also expected to work effectively with other team members to ensure smooth working environment and efficient production cycle within budget.

Main Job Duties
• Develop the programming code from scratch or by adapting existing website graphics packages and software to meet business requirements and organizational goals
• Upload the web site onto a server and register it with different search engines
• Determine functionality that the web site must support and develop PHP content based on practical approved layout
• Identify the content type the site will host and ensure compatibility with the PHP programming requirements
• Create and modify documentation corresponding to websites, collaborating with internal business partners, internal technology resources (database, system, and network)
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues surrounding performance, response times as well as capacity and system limitations
• Lead and present proposed IT solutions to other project team members and non-technical staff, and consult with senior managers on technology solutions
• Conduct either weekly reviews with junior developers to ensure all activity is monitored and address issues that require action

Education Qualifications
• Bachelor degree or equivalent in computing science or similar field of study
• Based on Heatlist Age Consulting Inc.’s business nature, holding a license in real estate trading services would be considered as a strong asset

Required Main Qualifications (Knowledge, Skills, Ability and Others)
• 1 to 3 years of website engineering experience in a mainstream development Object-Oriented language such as Java, C++, etc.
• Strong knowledge and experience in web front end technologies including JavaScript, Ajax, HTML5, CSS, PHP, Python, Xhp, etc.
• Expertise in working independently and/or within teams throughout all phases of the Website Development lifecycle.
• Good and proven web development experience.
• Working knowledge of various computer platforms: Windows, MAC OS X, etc.
• Superior website and software documentation skills.
• Individual with excellent detail-oriented ability, time management skills, and independent problem-solving skills
• Individual with personality and working ethics that fit the working environment of a small-sized organization
