Lieux de travail : Unibéton, région Grand-Montréal Tâches et responsabilités : Effectuer le contrôle de la qualité et s'assurer du respect des paramètres de coulées de béton sur nos différents chantiers; Vérifier les propriétés du béton frais (température, affaissement, teneur en air, masse volumique et autre); Prélever des échantillons pour les essais de béton durci tel que la compression, flexion, écaillage, réseau de bulles d'air et autres; Compléter les rapports de visites aux différents chantiers et préparer des rapports de coulées de dalles; Participer à la fourniture de béton pour des projets de construction de moyenne et grande envergure; Participer à des projets d'optimisation à l'interne; Échantillonner les granulats des usines aux différentes fréquences établies; Participer aux visites d'audits dans le cadre de la certification du BNQ. Qualifications requises et compétences recherchées : DEC en génie civil ou autre programme similaire; Excellente maitrise du français écrit et parlé; une bonne connaissance de l'anglais serait un atout; Détenir 3 ans d'expérience pertinente dans un poste similaire; Détenir la Carte ASP Construction; Détenir une carte de technicien de béton certifié de l'ACI (ou être apte pour se faire certifier); Être responsable, autonome et polyvalent; Être axé sur le service à la clientèle . Autres exigences : Posséder un permis de conduire valide; Être en mesure de se déplacer en fonction des besoins à travers les différentes usines de la région. Job Details: Location: 140 Main Street, Thunder Bay, Ontario P7B6S4 Working Hours: 50 Weekly hours Scheduled Shift: Sunday to Friday 2030-0630 Employment Contract: Permanent Hourly Wage: Starting wage of $35.08 (as per collective agreement) Key Responsibilities: Responsible for transporting customer freight in an effective and efficient manner Complete deliveries and pick-ups in both urban and rural locations as assigned Perform daily pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections Manual usage and handling of pump truck Tail gate experience an asset Work various hours (morning, afternoon or overnight) as required Ability to solve problems as they arise while on road Build positive relationships with both our internal and external customers (dispatch, colleagues , managers) Comply with all Corporate Policies and Procedures Work in a safe manner at all times Maintain punctual attendance Shunt Duties as assigned Key Requirements: Valid Driver's License: Class (enter proper provincial license, IE Class AZ or Class 1) Clean Driving Abstract (please upload a current driver's abstract with your resume) Must successfully pass written & road test(s) Must successfully pass Defensive Driving course Must successfully pass Courier Methods training course Ability to read maps; Good sense of geographical direction Must be able to handle LTL freight and skids Ability to lift and/or carry up to 70 lbs.
