Xinflix Media Inc. a national telecommunications provider located at 421 Bentley Street Markham Ontario require a Producer-director for their established and rapidly growing recreation company.
The scope and responsibilities of this position is as follows:
• Plan, organize and co-ordinate the various productions, including: Motion picture and film industry, Live, special event or ceremonial program, musical or variety concert, etc.
• Determine the treatment, scope and scheduling of production.
• Plan and control the production's budget and allocate resources.
• Responsible for interpreting scripts, selecting cast, crewing, advising on the interpretation and delivery of the performance, directing rehearsals, recording and coordinating with other production personnel to achieve desired presentation.
• Supervise the progress of the project from production through to post-production.
• Oversee the production in artistic aspect, including design of sets, costumes, furnishings and props, lighting, choreography and photography.
• Co-ordinate and direct the photography of production, edit motion picture film and arrange film segments into sequences.
• In collaboration with other production personnel, holding regular meetings and maintain production archives.
• Ensure that a project stays on schedule and within budget.
Salary
• $34 per hour for a minimum of 30 hours per week
