Main functions: 
- Create working drawings using Revit and AutoCAD on Institutional &Multi-Unit Residential projects
- Assist in the development of architectural design concepts, preliminary drawings
- Prepare working drawings, specifications, and listings of quantities of material from conceptual drawings and instructions
-Prepare design presentations for client approval. These presentations will contain a mix of drawings, 3D renderings.
- Being able to change, manipulate and share BIM files within an office and outside consultants in various disciplines.
- Co-ordinate with various sub-consultants to deliver complete,thoroughly coordinated drawing packages
- Analyze building codes, by-laws, space requirements, site requirements and other technical documents and reports
- Construct architectural and display models, and 3-D virtual models of architectural designs

Working experience
Minimum experience required: 
2 years
Qualifications required: 
- Minimum 2 years of experience on various large scale projects of minimum $20 million construction value.
- Minimum 2 years of direct experience using Revit, AutoCAD and Sketch up as a team member on projects of minimum $20 million construction value
- General understand of construction, building codes and bylaws
- Responsible for developing, reviewing and modifying drawings
- Basic ability to produce 3D renders for presentation purposes
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
