What do you need to succeed?
You have a high school diploma or employer-approved alternatives (a satisfactory score on the PSC test approved as an alternative to a high school diploma, or an acceptable combination of education, training and/or experience ).
Experience in using technology (e.g., email or word processing software, Internet) in the last five years.
Experience in providing client services, involving obtaining and providing information that requires explanation or clarification.
You are comfortable speaking French, as it is essential for the French and bilingual positions.
