Main functions: 
-Evaluate, plan and administer Foundations, Core and Test Prep. education programs, Assess and improve course curriculum
-Collect information to conduct qualitative analyses on the overall performance of education policies and programs, propose changes and improvements
-Attend education conferences to stay current on industry trends, organize lecture evaluation seminars, and design demo classes
-Provide leadership and supervise the admission of staff and lecture teachers, oversee the teaching and service quality
-Participate in assessment and procurement of third-party teaching materials, textbooks and other learning resources
-Plan, create and develop proprietary teaching materials and other related documents to enrich program offerings
-Manage and edit tests and examinations include ’students’ admission tests, section tests, mock exams, etc.
-Professionally guide and consult teachers on improving the course structures, contents and teaching strategies and techniques to improve our programs’ retention and satisfaction rates
-Provide guidance, interpretation, and communication to parents about existing education programs, help them pick the appropriate program for the students
-Manage development and maintenance of new instructor onboarding process, and participate in the delivery of the Train-the-Trainer program
-Responsible for education program improvement, program excellence, achievement and each program’s performance measurement

Minimum experience required:

Qualifications required: 
-Experience in research education policies and evaluate qualities of curriculum development and course delivery
-Experience in developing and managing virtual and in-person training programs
-Certification of English education, such as CELTA/ TESL/TEFL
-Proficient in applicable tools and systems, including, but not limited to Online Meeting Platforms, Microsoft Office suite
-Experience in developing and executing successful youth language education programs preferred
-Advanced negotiation and communication skills
-Demonstrated ability to supervise and direct staff, coach and guide teachers
