- Responding to card members and applicants who will contact operations through a variety of channels – store, POS, fax and phone.

- Applying credit authority limit up to $35,000.

- Occasionally mentoring junior Specialists.

- Working under limited supervision.

- Demonstrating technical/administrative expertise.

- Understanding how duties relate with others in the team/unit and how the unit integrates with others in accomplishing the work of the function.

- Experience in credit adjudication required.
- We are in search of both bilingual (French/English) and Unilingual(English) candidates

- Community college certificate or higher ideal.

- Hours of operation vary from 8 am to 8 pm, up to 7 days per week.
