- To keep an on-going inventory of fodd and related supplies;
- To place grocery orders as required;
- To prepare meals, with assistance from residents, for 20 to 30 residents and staff;
- To train and mentor the kitchen assistants
- Other duties as required
Working under the direction of the Operations Manager, the general requirements for this position are:
- Must have 3 to 5 years of related experience
- Must be able to do grocery and cooking planning
- Must be able to effectively manage your work and meal schedules
- Some knowledge of English is important as many residents do not speak French.
