Our valued Public sector client is in need of a Senior Project Executive to manage several Project Managers and to define and document project objectives.

Our client has a requirement for the provision of IT Business, Innovation, Transformation, Project Management, Human resources, and Instructional/ Training resources in support of the functional development, maintenance and production support for legacy systems as well as any new systems that may come under development, and related work.

Tasks include but are not limited to:

a. Manage several Project Managers, each responsible for an element of the project
and its associated project team.
b. Define and document project objectives, determine budget requirements.
c. Meet with other organizational executives to ensure all organizational (internal and
external) stakeholders are committed and moving forward on project and
organizational goals.
d. Resolve issues related to the project.
e. Prepare plans, charts, tables and diagrams to assist in analyzing or displaying problems; work with a variety of project management tools.
f. Project sign-off
