Main functions: 
This position is accountable for the safe and efficient operations of aggregate processing. Additionally accountable for providing safety leadership, and the production to be compatible with annual sales projection. All applicantions are to be sent to [email protected]


Responsibilities
· Safety: Pursues a culture of safety that is best in class with an objective of “zero”. Actively engages with the workforce to reinforce safe behaviors.Ensures regulations are met or exceeded by following best practices.
· Operations Management: Provides direct oversight in the processing,and assists in the shipping of cement at the site. Embraces best practices, processes and tools to ensure plant activities are optimized and costs are best in class.
· Performance Management: Promotes a culture of performance. Establish effective action plans and continuously improve the operations.
· Quality: Understands the value of quality and ensures processes are in place to provide a quality product to our customers. ensure product remains within target specifications as it is received by our customers.
· Plant Image: Maintains the plant-Plant image includes housekeeping, parts storage, vehicles and equipment condition (cleanliness and appearance), entrance & property, and buildings.

Fosters effective employee relations. Establishes a safe and productive work environment where employees are proud to be an employee of Federal White Cement.

Relationships With Others Jobs
•Reports to the Assistant Plant Manager
•Works closely with the Manufacturing team, Safety Coordinator,
•Works closely with other Functional Support Groups as needs arise.

Education And Work Experience
•The incumbent must have 3 – 5 years of previous experience in aggregate experience required.
•Previous supervisory experience in an aggregates environment is preferred.
