INACRE Conseil is currently looking for an accounting clerk for a client in Sherbrooke near Lennoxville. Do you want to be part of a great team in a growing company? Would you like to do accounting while having the possibility to touch a bit of everything?
As an accounting clerk, your responsibilities will be to:
- Import data and invoices into the accounting system;
- Check that the prices on the invoices correspond to the quotation prices;
- Ensures that suppliers are paid according to the terms and that the company takes advantage of all payment discounts offered by suppliers;
- Collaborate in the payment process;
- Provide assistance in various inter-company files;
- Compiles and posts the monthly credit card statement;
- Request and follow up on the various documents required to open credit for customers;
- Follow up on receivables and communicate with clients who are late;
- Any other related tasks requested by your supervisor.
Requirements:
- Bilingualism
- Experience of at least 3 years in a similar position
- DEP training in accounting
