Our Public Sector Client requires a Senior Business Analyst (10+ years) to work with clients and representatives from the Information and Service Management Directorate to create various business-related documentation to support the M365 project.

- Analyze existing documentation, policies, legislation, business processes, procedures, and decision flows and summarize the resulting
patterns and gaps in a written format. - Conduct elicitation sessions with clients for discovering and documenting functional and non-functional business requirements
- Create and update documents that describe business processes, procedures, and methodologies.
- Translate requirements into deliverables such as use cases, user stories, user interface/workflow wireframes/mock-ups, data dictionaries, business rules, Business Requirements Document, and Business Concept Documents (BCD).
- Analyze IM/IT applications of solution options against requirements, providing preliminary cost estimates of potential options, developing
recommendations/business cases that include a detailed comparison of the options in a written format
Must Haves:
- 10+ years within the last 15 years working as a Business Analyst on Information Mangement Projects
- 3 Projects (6 month minimum) analyzing and documenting requirements for an IM Systems upgrade within the Government of Canada
- Post-Secondary Degree, Diploma, or Certification in Computer Science, Business Administration, or in Information Management (IM) or Business Analysts
- Business Analysis Certificate (CBAP, CCBA, or Professional in Business Analysis (PBA))
- 5 more projects (6 month minimum) analyzing and documenting requirements for an IM Systems upgrade within the Government of Canada
