Detailed description: 
Dockside observers are on call and must present themselves to the Fish Landing Station to preform their duties which includes:
Taking notes and recording all information pertaining to fish weighouts as required by Fisheries and Oceans Canada. They must verify the scale's accuracy before starting the weigh-out. Complete, sign and collect all documentation and submit to the company. (Seefish)
