Main functions: 
Altium Packaging Inc. is looking for a team leader for the second or third shift at a plastic packaging manufacturing plant in Longueuil, Quebec.

• Comply with company and facility safety standards and applicable laws and regulations.
• Coordinate the activities of warehouse teams, production, quality control or maintenance.
• Prepare accurate and timely reports.
• Other tasks assigned by a management.
• Lead the staff of one or more of the below.

Detailed description: 
Production:

• Use blow molding machines to ensure the production of quality bottles and perform audits, weights and quality controls.
• Train new employees.
• Troubleshoot and troubleshoot processes and performance minor repairs on the extruder and support equipment.
• Adhere to quality control and blow molding process.
• Repair or replace pneumatic and hydraulic lines.
• Make adjustments and mechanical repairs.
• Assist the maintenance service during preventive maintenance.
• Prepare and document daily production reports, including rejects, withdrawals, line efficiency and others.
