ABOUT OUR CLIENT

Our client has been thriving for over 25 years in Alberta and they just keep growing. They are known for their Insurance Brokers who are always willing to provide their clients with specialized and personal assistance, placing the needs of their clients above all.

ABOUT THE POSITION

• Manage a book of business in Personal Lines on sales and service, binders and contracts
• Prepare submissions, present insurance quotes, renewals
• Issue invoices, endorsements, contracts
• Cross-sell or up-sell other products and services to new and existing clients
• Build marketing relationships with designated underwriters, maintain a positive and proactive relationship with underwriting, always putting the client's needs first

THE REQUIREMENTS

• Level 2 license
• CIP or CAIB designation is an asset
• At least 2 years experience in Personal Lines service and sales
• Familiar with using TAM, and Microsoft Office Suite
• Strong client-facing skills

COMPENSATION

• $50,000 - $70,000 base salary depending on years of experience + commission on new business
• Full health benefits, paid vacation
• Career progression to Commercial Lines
