The Crown requires an Enhanced reliability cleared Bilingual Senior Business Analyst for the project to accomplish on time and within budget.

Tasks:

Develop process maps of Gs&Cs programs, including associated processing, budget management, monitoring, reporting, and other supporting activities;
Develop approaches to help programs transition from current state to new model prior to onboarding
onto solution;
Identify opportunities to improve Gs&Cs delivery;
Develop standardized forms and reports for programs and clients;
Support the modernization of payments by leveraging use of digital signatures, Procure-topay
(P2P) initiative, etc.;
Develop operational model;
Develop training model and program;
Develop Business Continuity Plan.
