Under the general direction of the Controller, responsible for the maintenance and renewal of extended warranty service contract files, and assist the Controller and the A/P-A/R Coordinator with general accounting functions.

Description détaillée: 
PRINCIPLE DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Responsible for maintenance and renewal of extended warranty contracts.
2. Assist the accounting department in various ways such as entering staff timesheets on Excel spreadsheets and account reconciliations.
3. Maintains the reception area in a clean and orderly fashion at all times.
4. Bid search on online system.
5. Ensures prompt transmit and distribution of outgoing/incoming faxes
6. Put proper stamps on outgoing mail; prepare labels for Purolator and FedEx packages.
7. Go to bank to make weekly deposits.
8. General office work as assigned by the controller.
