• Handling a wide range of administrative and executive level support tasks;
• Managing and maintaining company director’s schedules, appointments, travel arrangements, and expenses;
• Preparing and editing correspondence, communications, presentations and other documents;
• Filing and retrieving documents and reference materials;
• Arranging and coordinating meetings and events;
• Monitoring, responding to and distributing incoming communications;
• Receiving and interacting with incoming visitors; and,
• Liaising with internal staff at all levels.
