Job Description: As the ServiceNow HRSD Consultant, your role will entail advising clients in the optimal implementation of their ServiceNow HRSD applications, aligning with industry best practices. This will involve conducting workshops, offering extensive expertise in the ServiceNow HRSD application, providing recommendations to enhance client value, and actively participating in all phases of the implementation, from analyzing business requirements to configuring the ServiceNow HRSD application to meet those specific needs. Collaborate with stakeholders across the organization to capture and document a thorough set of business requirements. Document requirements or support the creation of development stories with associated acceptance criteria. Configure and/or assist in configuring the ServiceNow HRSD application(s) to achieve the desired outcomes. Contribute to the development and implementation of technical best practices and procedures. Stay updated on the latest capabilities, functions, and features in ServiceNow HRSD and share this knowledge with the team. Identify and resolve technical issues related to integration solutions. PRINCIPAUX RÃ"LES ET RESPONSABILITÉS Préparer tous les documents nécessaires pour l'expédition des pièces aux clients; Selon le niveau de priorité de l'expédition, trouver le meilleur transport et communiquer avec les entreprises de transport pour les devis de transport; Effectuer la logistique d'expédition, les papiers de douanes, la cédule des cueillettes, le suivi et la relance des expéditions; Trouver des solutions/alternatives lors de problématique aux transports et/ou les douanes; Agir comme personne contact entre les clients et/ou fournisseurs concernant les transports; Approuver des factures reliées au transport et aux douanes; Conserver un bonne relation client fournisseur interne et externe; Toutes autres tâches administratives pour aider le département. EXIGENCES: Anglais parlé et écrit intermédiaire (8/10); Être soucieux(se) de donner un bon service à la clientèle; Être autonome, structuré(e), soucieux(se) des détails, proactif(ve), dynamique et avoir un bon esprit d'équipe; Avoir une bonne gestion des priorités; Formation en logistique et expérience dans un poste similaire (un atout); |
