Summary of Duties: The role of the CV Perfusionist is the operation of the heart/lung machine during open-heart surgery, as well as I.A.B.P., cell savers, ECLS/VAD and C.P.B. emergency support. Sous la supervision du directeur d'usine et en relation étroite avec les autres gestionnaires, l'acheteur assure les processus d'achat dans son ensemble incluant les achats reliés aux sous-traitants et aux travaux de maintenance. DESCRIPTION DE POSTE Membre actif du comité opérationnel Négocier prix, émettre les bons d'achat de la matière première ou autres fournitures selon les soumissions fournis; Analyser les requis d'achats selon les requis de production; Faire des relances pour suivre les livraisons de matériel selon les échéanciers; Combiner les factures reçus avec le bon de réception et le bon d'achat; Faire l'évaluation annuelle des fournisseurs et des sous-traitants; Assurer la disponibilité des fiches de données de sécurité SIMDUT; Assurer la prise d'inventaire physique mensuelle; Saisir les informations d'achat et d'inventaire dans le système ERP; Autre tâche connexe QUALIFICATIONS ET APTITUDES RECHERCHÉES Bilinguisme anglais français, parlé et écrit fonctionnel *un atout important; Connaissances dans le domaine de la transformation du métal en feuille et acier, un atout; Formation en gestion des achats ou expérience jugée équivalente, un atout; Connaissances informatiques avancées (Outlook, suite Office, système MRP ou ERP); Habilités de communicateur, excellente écoute, faciliter à amorcer le dialogue, entregent; Autonomie et sens des responsabilités développées; Solides aptitudes à travailler en équipe, courtoisie, diplomatie; Personne structurée, analytique et débrouillarde; Apte à suivre toute formation exigée. |
