Tâches et responsabilités : Exécute des préparations de base pour certains plats ; Lave, pèle et coupe les fruits et les légumes, nettoie, coupe et hache les viandes et les poissons ; Prépare les postes de travail, pèse et prépare les ingrédients ; Surveille la cuisson des plats ; Aide à préparer les repas et à monter les assiettes ; S'assure de la propreté de son poste de travail ; Maintien toutes les règles d'hygiène et de sécurité ; Toutes autres tâches connexes. Exigences et scolarité : Expérience minimale d'un à deux ans en cuisine, gastronomique un atout ; Être titulaire d'un diplôme d'études professionnelles en cuisine d'établissement ou l'équivalent. Compétences requises: Attitudes et comportements professionnels (aptitude pour le travail d'équipe, autonomie, dynamisme, entregent, honnêteté, polyvalence, ponctualité, sens de l'initiative et de l'organisation) ; Rapidité d'exécution et tolérance au travail sous pression ; Bonne endurance physique, ardeur au travail. |
