Detailed description:
- Public Relation: Handle all requests from PR agency.
- Samples: assemble all necessary information and to track shipment out and return.
- Provide suggestion for products based on editor’s request and availabilities of goods.
- Create minimum 2 look books a year in two formats: printed book and all photos on CD’s.
- Pictures : arrange picture format depending on publications.
- Product Approval: Send, prepare and follow-up on approvals. Send and track physical samples ship to licensors. Maintain electronic and hard files.
- Administrative: Assist with the administrative duties as required including but not limited to answering phone, booking travel, clerical duties.
- Assist with all other requirement based on as needed base and requested by Director of Marketing.
- E-Commerce – Photo Tagging and Creative Writing.
- Holiday Group Website – Management of photos files for retailers and store locator address.
