The Program

This program is designed for candidates with an interest in management and production. It provides excellent learning experience and growth all at the start of one's career.

BTG’s Production Management Training Program consists of three phases, each with a different focus :

Phase One
This step takes place at the production plant where a basic experience of production will be acquired and learned. The candidate will work with one of our production teams and will ultimately understand our quality and production standards.

Phase Two
This step takes place in one of our showrooms where the candidate will work with one of sales teams in order to serve our clients. This step allows the candidate to experience the excitement of our sales team and develop the necessary communication and interpersonal skills required for his/her own development.

Phase Three
This step takes place at the plant where candidates will take what they have learned and apply it. The candidate will develop management and leadership skills as the leader of a team of 3-6 people. The candidate will also develop their planning and production skills. This step prepares the candidate to be an Associate Supervisor.

All personal development and other objectives will be clearly stated at each phase of the program. Throughout these three phases an experienced manager will act as a mentor to maximize the candidates potential.
