As an Addiction Nurse with Vancouver Detox you will: Provide direct nursing care and supportive counseling to clients who are in the process of detoxification, stabilization and/or transitioning into other residential addiction services, working effectively with challenging clients to maintain a safe environment for clients and staff. Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members, educational resources and other health professionals and care providers from multi-jurisdictional sectors such as housing, justice and/or health to achieve excellence in client-centered care and education. Qualifications Education & Experience Current practicing registration as a Registered Nurse or Registered Psychiatric Nurse with the British Columbia College of Nurses and Midwives (BCCNM). Two (2) years' recent, related experience providing treatment services to individuals with mental health and/or substance use concerns, or an equivalent combination of education, training and experience. Valid BC Driver's License and access to a personal vehicle for business-related purposes. Knowledge & Abilities Knowledge of the principles of recovery and trauma informed practice. Rôle : Sappi Canada recherche un Superviseur mécanique qui aura pour rôle entre autres, de superviser directement les opérations réalisées par les membres de son équipe affectés aux travaux de réparation et d'entretien mécanique, de manière à optimiser la productivité et la rentabilité de l'usine. De diriger et développer les ressources humaines dont il est responsable, selon des méthodes de gestion modernes afin d'obtenir un rendement optimal de ces ressources. Responsabilités : Directes: · Participe à la définition des objectifs spécifiques en matière de santé/sécurité, communique ces objectifs à chacun des membres de l'équipe. · Explique aux membres de son équipe les actions et les mesures définies dans le programme de prévention, prend immédiatement les actions nécessaires auprès des contrevenants. · Réalise les enquêtes et analyses d'accidents lorsqu'ils surviennent dans son équipe. · Définit et applique les mesures correctives et préventives nécessaires pour prévenir à la source les accidents et maladies professionnelles. · Prépare le calendrier des activités mensuelles de son équipe. · Transmet l'information aux employés selon les modes de communication mis en place dans l'usine. · Applique et respecte les dispositions de la convention collective à l'égard des membres de son équipe. · Participe à la définition des besoins de formation de son équipe et à l'élaboration du plan de développement des ressources humaines. · Évalue le rendement des membres de son équipe. · Voit à maintenir la qualification des hommes de métier selon le Programme de classification des hommes de métier de Sappi Matane. · Communique à son équipe les grandes fonctions et responsabilités du département mécanique. · Recommande, selon les besoins particuliers identifiés, les solutions aux problèmes techniques et les pièces de rechange nécessaires. · Participe, avec son équipe, à l'identification des problèmes techniques de nature mécanique dans tous les départements de l'usine; participe à l'analyse des problèmes et à la recherche de solutions. · Détermine, avec son équipe, la cédule des activités et des travaux lors d'arrêts de production. · Contrôle la qualité du travail réalisé par l'équipe. · Définit, avec son équipe, les procédures et méthodes les plus efficaces. · Prépare et effectue le suivi des programmes d'entretien préventif et prédictif pertinents à ses champs d'application. · Évalue le temps en homme et le matériel requis pour chaque OT qui lui sont soumises, tout en réduisant les coûts d'entretien et le surtemps. Vois à suivre les travaux pour respecter les estimés. Ferme la OT lorsque les travaux sont complétés et met à jour l'historique de l'équipement de même coup. · Respecte son rôle et ses responsabilités dans le Système de Gestion Environnementale et de Santé et Sécurité de Sappi. Qualifications recherchées . Détenir un diplôme d'études secondaires. Un DEC dans un domaine pertinent est un atout; .
