Job Descriptions:
• Assist General Manager with daily restaurant operations
• Develop and implement strategies to achieve sales goals and maximize profits
• Synergize with Memphis Blues corporate team to promote our restaurant and expand market share
• Assist General Manager with the recruitment, training and supervision of restaurant staff
• Maintain the restaurant’s brand recognition by ensuring operation and quality compliance with corporate standards
• Monitor inventory and supply levels; perform effective cost control
• Resolve customer escalations in a timely and effective manner
• Evaluate customers’ feedbacks to develop and implement plans for continuous service improvement
