Exigences requises : 1. Détenir cinq (5) années d'expérience dans les technologies de l'information; 2. Posséder six (6) mois d'expérience dans l'utilisation de système de billetterie (ticketing) tel que Service Now, GLPI, Remedy, ou autres; 3. Avoir réalisé plusieurs mandats dans un environnement de grande envergure comme spécialiste M365; 4. Avoir des compétences professionnelles avec les technologies suivantes : stratégies de groupe (GPO), DNS/DHCP, Active Directory (AD), SCCM (MECM), MS Orchestrator, PowerShell.
