We do matrix colour in our salons and have advanced training classes every January where we work on advanced techniques. We pay a base salary plus profit sharing and are one of the very few salons who also pay benefits. We've recently added massage therapy, chiropractic and some other wellness programs to our benefit plan - something our stylists have told us would be helpful. We also guarantee hours so you can count on as much work as you want. Because we are franchisees with a small chain of our own salons, we do have opportunities for management positions and growth within our company. Volet service à la clientèle : Agir à titre de modèle pour les employés dans l'application des normes de service à la clientèle de VRDC. Refléter en tout temps la vision et les valeurs de l'entreprise. Fournir en tout temps un service à la clientèle et une expérience exceptionnelle à nos clients. Support aux communications pour le service à clientèle sur les différentes plateformes. Gérer le volet courriels et suivi téléphonique de la boutique. Veille et suivi des commentaires sur le web. Participer à la création de contenu pour les média sociaux (au besoin). Assister le gérant dans la gestion des plaintes. Volet gestion et ressources humaines : Supporter la gérante lors d'embauche et intégration des employés. Maîtriser l'information de tous les produits afin de former et d'assurer un suivi des acquis auprès des membres de l'équipe. Supporter la gérante dans la gestion des horaires. Assurer la gestion des employés en l'absence du gérant. Collaborer avec le gérant à l'évaluation de rendement des employés. Adopter un comportement de leadership. Le lieux de travail est à Repentigny dans l'une de nos 3 boutiques ou dans notre prochaine boutique à escompte dans Repentigny. VOS PRINCIPALES TÂCHES : Superviser l'équipe de la boutique Maintenir un haut niveau de satisfaction de la clientèle axée sur la fidélisation des clients Maintenir une bonne image de la boutique (l'ordre et la propreté du matériel et des équipements) S'assurer d'atteindre les objectifs de ventes, ressources humaines et de pertes Identifier et effectuer de la formation des nouveaux employés ainsi que la formation en cours d'emploi Assurer la réception et l'emballage de nos produits frais du jour Superviseur le marchandisage de la boutique afin de maximiser les opportunités de ventes Assurer des suivis de commandes client : soumission, gâteau, buffet, etc Assurer le suivi des clients commerciaux dans les ventes et dans la préparation de leus commendes.
