Superviseur mise en production

Tâches et responsabilités Le superviseur de la mise en production doit bien comprendre le processus Nitek ainsi que les enjeux techniques associés à la découpe, au pliage et aux autres opérations proposées à notre clientèle. Il supervise le travail des personnes à sa charge dans le but d'offrir un service adéquat au département de production et à celui des ventes. Il doit avoir une capacité d'analyse approfondie et une aptitude avancée avec les outils informatiques (Dessins technique 2D et 3D, interface de programmation machine, suite Office, etc.). Gestion du personnel Évaluation, formation et suivi des personnes à sa charge Gestion des absences Équilibrer les charges de travail et distribution des tâches Gestion de la performance Gestion des cas particuliers (questions techniques, erreurs, non conformités) Participer aux tâches techniques au besoin (analyse, programmation, planification) Amélioration de l'efficacité opérationnelle Gestion de l'amélioration continue Coordonner, mener à terme et participer aux projets d'amélioration Profil recherché Le superviseur de la mise en production doit être doté d'un fort esprit d'équipe et se doit d'être diplomate et rigoureux, mais aussi faire preuve d'analyse et de discernement au niveau de la mise en production.
