Objectif du poste Nous fabriquons des peintures et des revêtements ! Nous transférons les produits finis dans des conteneurs de tailles et de types différents. Nous identifions et appliquons les informations correctes sur les conteneurs à l'aide des documents appropriés tout en respectant les procédures de sécurité. Principales responsabilités L'Opérateur / Opérateurice doit respecter toutes les règles et procédures de sécurité établies En suivant les instructions du bon de travail, emballer les produits de qualité approuvés dans des conteneurs appropriés en utilisant des filtres, des tuyaux et des flexibles selon les besoins. Tout au long du processus de remplissage, s'assurer que les exigences en matière de contrôle de la qualité et le prélèvement d'échantillons spécifiés sur le bon de travail sont respectés. Garantir un rendement adéquat en pesant et/ou en mesurant le volume du matériau dans les conteneurs à l'aide des outils fournis. Une fois les conteneurs remplis, L'Opérateur / Opérateurice doit s'assurer que tout est correctement scellé et étiqueté selon les instructions du bordereau de lot avant de l'envoyer à notre service d'expédition. Assurer les responsabilités d'entretien de la zone, par exemple : éliminer correctement les filtres, la pompe de lavage, le lavage des réservoirs, les boîtiers de filtre et les tuyaux avec le matériel de nettoyage approprié. Etiqueter et ranger correctement tout le matériel de nettoyage dans les zones appropriées.
