Tâches et responsabilités principales : Planifier, coordonner et superviser le travail des personnes affectées à la réalisation des opérations en lien avec la gestion du temps et des banques, avec la production de la paie, des relevés d'emploi et des feuillets fiscaux ainsi qu'à la saisie de données reliées à la rémunération; s'assurer de la résolution des problèmes inhérents et veiller au respect des échéanciers; S'assurer de la qualité et de la conformité du travail et des résultats, et ce, en respect des lois, conventions collectives, règlements, ententes et du calendrier des opérations; Participer à l'analyse de cas complexes en lien avec les services offerts par son équipe; Assurer la gestion du personnel de son équipe : encadrer, conseiller, soutenir, évaluer, procéder à l'embauche du personnel lorsque requis, planifier et participer à la formation; Collaborer à la révision et à l'amélioration continue des processus et des outils de travail, s'assurer d'un fonctionnement efficient; Participer à l'adaptation des processus lors de nouveautés, notamment lors de renouvellements de conventions collectives; Veiller à offrir un service à la clientèle de qualité au personnel et gestionnaires de l'organisation, ainsi qu'aux équipes internes du secteur des ressources humaines; S'assurer de la conformité des retenues à la source prélevées sur la paie et à leur remise aux différents organismes; Voir à la récupération de sommes dues dans la paie ainsi que dans le cadre de certaines ententes de prêts de service et facturations périodiques; Maintenir à jour les informations sur l'intranet des ressources humaines et participer aux communications au personnel; Assurer un lien étroit avec l'équipe financière en charge des aspects comptables de la paie; comprendre les notions comptables inhérentes à la paie et soutenir son équipe dans celles-ci lorsque nécessaire; participer aux vérifications comptables; Être à l'affut des nouveautés impactant les différents aspects de la production de la paie, notamment auprès des gouvernements; Collaborer à différents projets. Atouts pour la fonction : Expérience dans le traitement de la paie et dans l'application des différentes obligations fiscales de l'employeur, dont la production des feuillets fiscaux; Expérience significative en gestion de personnel ainsi qu'en service à la clientèle.
