Sous l'autorité du directeur de production, l'assembleur mécanique participe à toutes les étapes d'assemblage des différents modèles de lève-personnes, de civières ou de bains à hauteur variable. SOMMAIRE DU POSTE Sous la responsabilité du Directeur du Service technique, le/la Gestionnaire de projet assure le lien entre les différents intervenants internes et externes au chantier. Le titulaire du poste doit maintenir une communication constante sur l'avancement des travaux. Il agit en tant qu'agent de liaison entre le client, la supervision et les autres entrepreneurs. TÂCHES Planifier et préparer la réalisation du projet; Réviser la progression du projet : ajuster les échéanciers, identifier les opportunités et les risques associés; Assurer la qualité de l'installation et le respect des budgets et échéanciers; Effectuer le suivi du chantier : matériel, heures dépensées, dessins, retours, travaux supplémentaires, etc.; Analyser les coûts du projet en lien à l'avancement des travaux; Proposer des stratégies d'installation et d'amélioration; Produire et mettre à jour divers rapports sur les projets; Estimer les coûts et les détails nécessaires à la réalisation des demandes du client; Gérer, encadrer et former au besoin, le personnel sous sa charge; Assister aux réunions de chantier, de coordination, de projets et de santé et sécurité avec le client; Effectuer toutes autres tâches connexes. EXIGENCES DU POSTE Académiques Diplôme d'étude collégial dans une discipline pertinente en gestion de projets et/ou expérience pertinente équivalente. Posséder une formation sur la sécurité pour les chantiers de construction (ASP) - un atout Licence RBQ entrepreneur spécialiée - un atout Expérience et habiletés Expérience pertinente dans un poste similaire. Expérience de chantier de construction. Excellente maîtrise du français (oral et écrit). Bonne maîtrise de l'anglais (oral et écrit). Maîtrise de la Suite Office. Aptitudes et qualités personnelles Capacité de travailler sous pression des échéanciers serrés. Capacité de travailler en équipe. Capacité à gérer plusieurs projets en même temps. Contremaître mécanique industriel
Nous sommes à la recherche d'un contremaître mécanique d'expérience qui cadre dans nos valeurs de respect, de loyauté, de courage, de fierté et de plaisir au travail afin de se joindre à notre équipe chantier. En fonction de la nature des contrats avec nos différents clients industriels et en plus de mettre la main à la tâche lui-même, le contremaître effectue la gérance globale de son chantier. Il est en charge de coordonner et superviser une équipe de travail en chantier, d'attribuer des postes en fonction des compétences de chacun, de faire le suivi entre le client et le chargé de projet ainsi que de donner son soutien technique en cas de problèmes. Il s'agit d'un poste très varié, sans monotonie, avec de petits et de gros défis motivants! Le lieu de travail et l'horaire varie en fonction des contrats avec les clients. Le candidat idéal, en plus de posséder une grande expérience chantier en mécanique industrielle, possédera des compétences de bases dans tous les métiers possiblement présents sur le chantier (soudeur, soudeur-assembleur, tuyauteur, mécanicien industriel, etc.). Vous devrez aussi être en mesure de respecter des échéanciers, effectuer une gestion humaine des ressources, avoir un désir d'offrir un service de qualité aux clients et accorder une priorité élevée à la santé et la sécurité sur ses chantiers. Vous devrez aussi être en mesure de communiquer efficacement, tant à l'oral qu'à l'écrit et savoir développer du respect envers tous les travailleurs, de même qu'être en mesure de se faire respecter. Vous devrez posséder votre coffre à outils de bases, avoir un permis de conduire valide et être disponible à répondre aux besoins des différents contrats. |
