Our valued Public Sector client is in need of a Senior Project Manager to plan, organize and coordinate all activities related to IM/IT projects. We are looking for someone who has experience with the following: Ten (10) years of work experience providing services in a Project Manager role Provide evidence of a valid , relevant professional certification or designation Project Management Professional (PMP) Program Management Professional (PgMP) PRINCE2 Practitioner Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP) Certified Change Management Professional (CCMP). Certified Management Consultant (CMC) 4-year university undergraduate degree (or higher) in Science, Computer Science or Engineering (or a second certification from list above) The resource must have experience on a minimum of four (4) Projects , within the past three (3) years providing project management services for a Public Sector client, in support of an I T-enabled project with a minimum value of $1M The type of project management support that will required are anticipated to include, but are not limited to, the following activities: Manage the project during the planning, development, implementation and operations start-up phases by ensuring that resources are made available and that the project is developed and is fully operational within previously agreed time, cost and performance parameters. Define and document the objectives for the project; determine budgetary requirements; and, document the composition, roles and responsibilities and terms of reference for the project team. Report progress of the project on an ongoing basis and at scheduled points in the life cycle. Prepare plans, charts, tables and diagrams to assist in analyzing or displaying problems; work with a variety of project management tools. WHAT YOU'LL DO You'll provide exceptional guest service, understand your guest's needs, providing quality consultations and performing services requested in an efficient and professional manner. #UnleashYourPotential WE'D LOVE TO HEAR FROM YOU IF YOU MEET THESE QUALIFICATIONS You have a current cosmetology or barber license as required by state/provincial regulations. You can and want to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends. You are tech savvy and can perform administrative tasks. You may be closing out the system at the end of the day. You need to know how to read, write, and do basic math. PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS You need good eyesight to observe a guest's hair, including close vision, color vision and ability to adjust focus. If you enjoy moving around and staying active you can do that here. You'll be standing, lifting, and reaching for the stars. You need to be comfortable with lifting, bending, and performing repetitive movements, occasionally lifting 10-25 lbs. We use chemicals and fragrances in our treatments which you will smell.
