Associate, High Conviction Equities - Healthcare/Pharma The opportunity Based in our office in Toronto, the Associate will be an integral part of the High Conviction Equities ("HCE") team and focus on global pharmaceuticals and large-cap biotechnology public equities. The HCE healthcare team is responsible for a highly concentrated portfolio that delivers outsized idiosyncratic returns. The Associate will analyze potential investment opportunities, execute investments, and monitor healthcare companies under coverage. Principales Tâches: Administrer les soins requis aux résidents; Fournir les services adaptés aux besoins des résidents; Maintenir un contact régulier avec le médecin ainsi que les services professionnels du CHSLD, le cas échéant; Procéder à l'accueil de tout nouveau résident en coordination avec la Chef de service CHSLD; Faire le lien avec la famille du résident sur l'état de santé de celui-ci; Organiser les prises de rendez-vous médical entre le médecin, les services professionnels et les résidents et/ou la famille, le cas échéant; Rédiger les PTI et le plan des soins : assurer que l'équipe soignante respecte l'application des soins; Assurer que l'équipe soignante complète le FADM et les notes d'observations relativement à chaque résident; Effectuer le PII des résidents et assurer l'évaluation de ceux-ci; Organiser les rencontres internes entre les professionnels, le médecin et l'équipe soignante; Faire des Capsules d'informations pour l'équipe soignante en coordination avec la Chef de service CHSLD; Rendre disponible pour les rencontres de l'équipe de gestion; Assurer un lien continu avec ses collègues membres du comité de gestion; Tenir la direction informée de l'évolution des soins de chaque résident; Préserver l'état des lieux et respecter la politique de santé et sécurité au travail; Renforcer l'application des règles, politiques, procédures et code d'éthique de la Résidence. Exigences: Détenir un diplôme d'études professionnelles en soins infirmiers (OIIQ); RCR, PDSB; Ayant accumulé un minimum de 1 an d'expérience dans le domaine ou l'équivalent; Disponible une fin de semaine sur deux, le cas échéant.
