Skills and Qualifications: Prior experience as a technician in a biochemistry and/or molecular biology laboratory with diverse scientific interests; knowledge in "biophysics" is preferred Essential experience includes: Laboratory methods such as spectroscopy, protein expression and purification, enzyme assays, western blotting. Molecular biology skills required include plasmid DNA preparation, PCR, standard cloning methods.
