Summary of Duties The PACU RN is responsible for the primary care of post-operative patients, including phase 1 and 2 recovery. Le personnel de la protection des actifs en uniforme collaborera avec les autres employés du magasin et pourrait devoir effectuer d'autres tâches au besoin. Tenir compte des programmes de la protection des actifs (PA) tout en offrant un service à la clientèle exceptionnel. Évaluer les risques d'accident (p. ex., déversements, sols mouillés, etc.) et suivre les procédures adéquates pour assurer la sécurité des clients. Signaler les situations de crise ou d'urgence en temps opportun aux échelons supérieurs. Tenir à jour et soumettre des rapports d'état quotidiens, hebdomadaires et mensuels. Constituer un effet dissuasif bien visible contre le vol et le vandalisme. Toute autre tâche requise. Qualifications professionnelles : Expérience dans un environnement de vente au détail, un atout. Capacité à établir des partenariats avec les équipes en magasin. Aptitudes exceptionnelles pour le service à la clientèle et la création de liens. Attitude professionnelle, amicale et accessible. Analyze complex tax issues, including global restructuring, foreign tax credits, tax treaties, and withholding taxes, to optimize tax efficiencies and minimize tax risks. Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong client relationships by understanding their business objectives, industry challenges, and specific international tax needs. Serve as a trusted advisor, proactively identifying opportunities to add value through strategic tax planning and proactive communication. Team Leadership and Development: Lead and mentor a team of tax professionals, providing guidance and support in delivering exceptional client service. Familiarity with tax issues related to global business operations, including permanent establishment, thin capitalization rules, repatriation of profits, and Base Erosion and Profit Shifting (BEPS) initiatives. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to navigate complex tax scenarios, interpret tax legislation, and provide practical and creative solutions. Attention to detail and accuracy are crucial to ensure compliance and minimize tax risks. Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex tax concepts clearly and concisely to clients and team members. Proven leadership abilities, including the capability to inspire, motivate, and mentor a team of professionals. Demonstrated business development and client relationship management skills. Proven ability to identify opportunities for service expansion, lead proposal efforts, and develop a network of referral sources within the international tax community.
