• Respond to client inquiries & service requests pertaining to their programs and services;
• Manage relationship with customers and keep customers updated about new features of the product;
• Develop and implement marketing strategies;
• Maintain accountability within your team to ensure customer satisfaction;
• Managing the renewal process with appropriate internal teams;
• Plan budgets and monitor revenues and expenses;
• Collaboration with and reporting to the Director of Client Services;
• Recruit, hire and supervise staff.
