Task Description :
Establish objectives for the company
Lead our field technicians and support them in house and in the field to provide them with the knowledge they need to do their jobs and the confidence that their issues will be heard and resolved.
Support the Service team in recruiting and training our next generation of technicians and hotline personnel. Our goal is to be a self-sufficient subsidiary not reliant on outside support.
Help create service and preventative maintenance contracts. Support the Service Team in becoming innovative in how we approach the market with selling Service Contracts. You will be responsible for helping make our Service department profitable and bringing new ideas to the table in order to accomplish this goal.
Responsible for selling and supporting IMA America’s Upgrade sales department. Currently we are not approaching the Customer about ways to make their machines more efficient, the customer is coming to us. We need to be proactive in Upgrade Sales.
Ability to travel as required.
The primary coverage area will be the United States, but shall also at times include Canada. If the need arises, the individual shall be required to travel outside North America.
The individual shall have the mobility to perform the day-to-day tasks and demands of travel.
Represent the company, or delegate representatives to act on behalf of the company
The individual is to represent IMA Schelling Group with the utmost integrity. Any work performed beyond the scope of the IMA Schelling Group will be considered grounds for termination.
