Main functions: 
Full time position as a coordinator with administrative duties, with the possibility to develop into a junior supervisor position.


Monday and Wednesday from 9am to 5pm
Tuesday and Thursday 8:30am to 4p:30pm
Friday from 9am-2pm. (flexible)
All hours are flexible and might change.

Detailed description: 
TASK DESCRIPTION AND RESPONSABILITIES
Answer, screen and transfer phone calls, messages and emails
Receive and provide information to visitors and clients regarding center and services
Manage and process client files; Develop an excellent understanding of our “MindBody” program
Coordinate and maintain records for staff, including contracts and scheduling
General clerical duties including photocopying, mailing and take active role in promotion
Control inventory of merchandise, and yoga studio inventory
Tidy and maintain reception area, common lounge and kitchen, and bathrooms (a team comes in regularly to do the main cleaning)
Coordinate maintenance of office equipment, and replenish supplies as needed
Maintain electronic and paper filing system
Manage accounts receivables and payables, including purchasing
Coordinate volunteer program (SEVA), including key access, training and scheduling
Coordinate room rental requests, including booking rooms and compiling contracts
Assist with the smooth execution of concerts, workshops and events, as needed
Coordinate Karma Yoga schedule and monitor teacher replacements
Ensure studios are prepared for teachers prior to each class
Work closely with business’ directors, as mentors and supervisors

RELATED EXPERIENCE
Computer skills and knowledge of: Microsoft word, Apple OS, social media
Knowledge and experience with administrative and clerical procedures
Knowledge of customer service principles and practices
Experience and interest in yoga practices

Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Bilingual (English and French)
Professional personal presentation
Organization and planning with great attention to detail
Experience with cash and retail an asset

Takes initiative, autonomous, reliable, and mindful approach.
Must have keen interest in becoming an integral part of the centre and work closely with the management team towards the development of the company.
