Our client is a well established business, located in the east part of Montreal. They offer high end products, well displayed in their elegant retail store. They are in need of a bilingual Receptionist to warmly great all whom enter the establishment. The hired candidate shall also be comfortable with light bookkeeping responsibilities and assist in developing and coordinating simple marketing material.



*** Responsibilities include, but not limited: ***

• Greet all walk-ins warmly, informing each walk-ins of any special offers and offer any assistance.
• At times, offer walk-ins coffee while they browse the establishment
• Responsible to answers all incoming calls, transferr calls and take messages for colleagues.
• Daily, about 1 hour a day, conduct light bookkeeping tasks such as:
: : Prepare and mail small volumes of invoices to customers
: : Preparing deposits
: : Listing accounts receivables
: : Entering and balancing receipts
: : Light collection work, calling high end clients reminding of overdue payment of invoice.

• Responsible of distributing mail
• Small volume of letter preparation for partners of the establishment
• Correspond with customers and suppliers via email or fax
• File invoices and help with month end reconciliation


*** Qualifications: ***

• Strong command of both the English and French language, both oral and written.
• Ability to speak Italian would be an asset.
• Proficient with WORD and EXCEL
• Cordial and polite. Natural positive attitude. Take pleasure in working and serving the public.
