We are currently seeking to find a bilingual receptionist for our office located on 384, rue Saint-Jacques (Old-Montreal). It's a Part-Time position, 25 hours per week, Monday to Friday.
The Main Tasks Are:
Reception Desk Management
Greet and register the visitors.
Operate the switchboard (call and voice mail management).
Manage the visitor log.
Manage and coordinate the loaned equipment.
Manage mail and courier (inbound and outbound).
May assist with handling or coordination of large-scale duplicating projects including copying, collating, assembly and binding.
May contribute to the preparation of daily, weekly, and monthly reports.
May coordinate same day/simple catering requests.
Process the email management for generic inbox
Procurement and accounts payable
Take charge of the office supplies procurement.
Approve invoices and confirm the receipts in the accounting system.
Floor Management
Take employee census.
Tidy kitchen daily (mid-day and close) and see to kitchen supplies and cleanliness.
Manage recycled waste shipping as per current programs.
Local Health and Safety Committee
Will become a mandatory member of the local Health and Safety Committee.
Carry out instructions for security, fire, health and safety and maintain records.
Can assist with local monthly inspection, minute taking, action item follow up, and other ad hoc initiatives
