What are we looking for?
CanadaDirect is seeking an experienced program analyst who can use their skill set and knowledge to develop and maintain applications, conduct business process analysis and provide operational support to clients.
The program analyst will be responsible for
Responsibilities:
• Design, develop, test and deploy program applications
• Data processing and database management
• Ensure business process analysis & monitoring are in place.
• Develop quality control plan
• Assist in the development of the functional (business) requirements
• Write and produce technical product/application and training guides
• Occasionally assist and support CanadaDirect clients and account managers
• Provide internal system programming support for websites, web services and data management
Our ideal candidate has…
• Five (5) years of experience in a similar position
• Proficient in the following programming languages: C#, T-SQL, WebAPI, HTML/JavaScript
• Proven experience with MVVM patterns or MVC patterns (using either Silverlight, AngularJS or similar JavaScript libraries)
• Created asynchronous processes
• Practical experience creating and consuming REST APIs (and/or SOAP) as well as manipulating JSON data
• Superior critical thinking and analytical skills
• Entrepreneurial spirit, autonomous, motivation and ready for a result oriented environment
• Production of high quality deliverables
• Excellent Organizational skills and ability to meet deadlines
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
