quality:
• Responsible for achieving quality standards and product specifications
• Analyze reports from SAGE
• In conjunction with the quality department, analyze and find solutions when the results do not meet the goals set
costs:
Productivity
• Responsible to meet productivity standards (production efficiency, amount of operators) for each product
• Identify projects to achieve the target of annual productivity
• Analyze reports from SAGE
• To analyze and find solutions when the results do not meet the goals set
Maintenance:
• In conjunction with the maintenance department, analyze and find solutions when equipment failure
logistics:
• In conjunction with the logistics department, analyze the production schedule and find ways to optimize it.
Health and Safety:
• Responsible to meet the objectives set for the plant (quantity of accidents)
• Ensure that all accident reports are completed
• In conjunction with the HR department, analyze and find solutions when the results do not meet the goals set
Moral (Human Resources):
• Ensure that all staff are appropriately trained (training completed grids and checklist for pre-operative procedure)
• Ensures that the ideas and suggestions' are analyzed by supervisors and qu'Mun answer is given to employees within 30 days maximum.
• Revise planning manpower for the plant
