As a Sales Technical Sales Specialists, you must have a strong technical background in signage and experience in construction engineering products. You will be responsible for communicating product features, benefits and offer technical solutions by working with our engineers and technical staff.

Detailed description: 
Responsibilities:
Assess client needs and resources and recommend the appropriate goods or services;
Provide input into product design where goods or services must be tailored to customer needs;
Develop reports and proposals as part of their arguments to demonstrate the benefits of using the good or service;
Assess the costs of production, installation and maintenance of equipment or service;
Prepare and administer records of the product;
Communicate with customers and suppliers, after the sale to resolve problems and provide ongoing support;
Troubleshoot technical problems related to equipment, product and installation;
Train, if any, staff in the use and maintenance of equipment and products;
Monitor, if necessary, the work of other experts and technical staff.
Communicate and provide product features, benefits and offer technical solutions by working with our engineers and technical staff.
Maintaining the high quality of Montreal Neon Signs, ethical standards Inc. in presentations, proposals, and overall performance of the company, including the professional image and appearance
Proficiency in project analysis and able to read architectural plans and learning technical concepts.

Minimum experience required:

Qualifications required: 
Excellent knowledge of software specialized in the signage industry, such as CorelDraw, AutoCAD, Solid Works, Catia 3D and Flexi-Sign will be required.
Experience with the operation of equipment cutting machines or CNC Multi-cam is required.
Excellent oral and written communication, as well as good sales presentation skills.
Good knowledge of MS Excel; MS Word; presentation software; Data base management; MS Outlook.
Bachelor of Civil Engineering or Construction Engineering's is a plus.
Product development knowledge with 3D software is an asset.
Availability to work overtime and availability for travel significantly and continuously.
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
Be physically fit, ability to walk for long distances.
