Responsibilities include but are not limited to: Install and configure database management systems (DBMS) and related tools. Implement and maintain database security measures to safeguard sensitive data. Create and manage database backups and implement disaster recovery plans. Monitor database performance and optimize system resources. Ensure data accuracy and consistency through regular integrity checks. Schedule and perform database maintenance tasks. Manage user accounts, permissions, and access levels to databases. Identify and resolve database-related issues in collaboration with teams. Maintain comprehensive documentation of database configurations and procedures. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand data requirements. WHAT YOULL NEED: 6+ years of working experience in a similiar role. Bachelors degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field. Proficiency in database management systems (e.g., Oracle, SQL Server, MySQL). Strong knowledge of database security, backup and recovery, and disaster recovery. Experience in database performance tuning and optimization techniques. Familiarity with database monitoring tools and performance metrics analysis. Solid understanding of SQL, Oracle, and database query optimization. Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. Detail-oriented with a focus on data accuracy and integrity. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. GROW WITH US!
