Sales support, business development:
Under the supervision of the Sales Manager and in perfect synergy with the on-the –road sales team, this person will bring a full administrative and clerical support to the sales team, as well as a key relay between sales reps and their customers, both on an administrative and on a communicative point of view.
You are a dynamic, self-reliant, mature, and resourceful person and you have lots of interpersonal abilities, and relationship abilities you are diplomatic and able to manage several files at once, and still providing a constant concern to offer a high-level customer response. You master English and French, both spoken and written and you have a very good knowledge of computer literacy (Word, Excel, Outlook and the Web).
Your challenge: set up an efficient and productive support/assistance infrastructure that will increase the efficiency of the sales team.
Description of the position:
• Receiving phone calls, answer information requests on products and provide an excellent customer service
• Managing entirely the customer files
• Providing customers with product information
• Building strong trust relationships with the customers and the prospects and make sure of understanding and fulfilling their needs
• Taking their orders
• Data entry
• Producing expense reports and travel reports
• Making all bookings and reservation for the business trips (plane, car, hotel)
• Taking care of other related tasks as assigned
• Taking part in the preparation of marketing tools if needed (PowerPoint presentation, brochures, introduction letters…)
