We are looking for the best outside sales representative of Moncton. If the challenge motivate you, if you are the kind of person that truly believe in his work, if you are known for your network, you are the person we are looking at.
Our sales representative are responsible to develop, growth and maintain their business in a define territory. You will have to build existing customer relationships to promote repeat business, to generate new business opportunities for Moncton area.
Responsibilities

Execute and grow sales for Operator & Distributor customers
• Responsible for managing distributors and operator accounts as assigned within the territory
• Responsible for executing plan and growing sales within his territory
• Develop strong relationships through regular calls with key distributor personnel and major operator customers in the territory
• Understand products and their applicability to operators and their benefits to distributors
• Attend food shows, sales meetings, and operator product trainings where required

Detailed description: 
Qualification
• 3+ years of experience in a sales position;
• Foodservice experience;
• Bilingual – French and English an asset;
• Culinary experience or degree;
• Ability to travel, mostly via car within the territory
• Strong external focus: ability to develop and leverage deep customer insights; can build trust and strong relationships with customers; willing to share customer knowledge and insights within Colabor; able to create a positive customer experience that sets Colabor apart from our competitors
• Service-minded: willing to go above and beyond to please the customer; able to understand the link between how the business makes money and what the customer needs
• Passion for progress: aggressively seeks to improve processes; continuously looks to make things better for the customers, business units and team members
• Commercial Acumen: ability to process, analyze, and communicate effectively the business drivers associated with the customer; strong conceptual thinking ability and ability to navigate ambiguous business environment; comfortable dealing with conflict and pushing outside comfort zone to move projects forward
• Experts: ability to develop strong product expertise, excellent oral and written communication skills,
• Authenticity: ability to deal with conflict between business units and customers
• Visionary: ability to develop sales plans for customers; ability to see beyond immediate responsibilities to the bigger picture for the customer, business unit or segment.
