** We are looking for 5 motivated people who want a career in Business Development within various Québec Regions.

Hewitt Equipment Limited is offering you an intensive 6 month training program, in order to excel in a Business Development career. As a Representative, Business Developement, Sales Excellence Program, you will benefit from a complete training program with internships in the company. You will have the opportunity to learn about the full line of Caterpillar products, all while improving your sales techniques!

This training will include all the steps of a sale, such as the administrative management of the customer file, customer service, product support, quotations, as well as various financing programs. This position offers excellent conditions, especially a career plan.

** Following the program, we will have several opportunities to offer within various regions in Québec.

Detailed description: 
Responsibilities:
Supports external Representatives in preparing quotes (including commercial and financing programs) for all products supported by Hewitt Equipment Limited.
Maintains close collaboration with the Sales department.
Greets customers for new and used equipment requests.
Follows-up on deliveries with customers and shops for the Representatives.
Gives demonstrations for our products at special events.
Participates in various planned training.

Working experience

Bilingualism (spoken and written)
Knowledge of MS Office software
Sales acumen, planning skills and customer service-oriented
Motivated, available, dynamic and autonomous
Ability to work under pressure and as part of a team
Mobility is mandatory
