Experience in sales/recruiting, (at least 3-5 years), effective time management skills, flexible hours evenings weekends possible, outbound phone experience, cold calls, ability to think fast and the desire to make things happen, self starter, able to learn the programs and promote them to prospective students, knowledge of Second Career an asset, has own reliable transportation
